]]> Even if March LA.B is mentionned for the first time in the French Truck, we have been following it with interest since its very beginning in 2009. The brand was created by Alain Marhic and Jérôme Mage, the former lives in Los Angeles while the latter in Biarritz (hence the itinials LA.B). We really think the brand brings something fresh to watchmaking, some designs mixing the L.A. contemporary style with the French heritage, all made in Switzerland (in Bienne).

Today is the occasion to present their collaboration with Colette, probably the famous French shop, who revisited a pocket watch from March LA.B’s 1805 range. This one highly caught our eye! The model called “Imperial Phantom” is inspired from the Napoleonian Empire. Though the watch looks like it has just been extracted from a tomb, the Imperial Phantom has a very contemporary design featuring geometric lines: the dial mixes streaks with rounded shapes. Such an elegant design is emphasised by a snake coil chain with a crocodile clip. We love it!

The 1805 Iperial Phantom comes with a desk stand. It is beautiful and still effective with a caliber ETA 804.192 Swiss quartz movement. Just check out the technical details:
