I nearly softened at seeing those desert boots from Grenson. 100% leather made, their tan/brown color mixed with this black binding makes them really original… and sober. I think we can call them a success! I was not a big fan of desert boots before seeing these ones. I am now…

Check out this scarf from Acne found at Oki-ni. I felt myself obliged to post it as it’s very, very, very (…) original. I can assure you that it will be all the craze! Available in two color, I confess being a blue-addict but the mustard one would change a bit from the habits. It definitely worth its price. Ok, I’m taking them both !

If you are looking for a good match with the linen chino, I advise you to have a look at those nice suede mocassins from Zara. They are pretty simple, the yellow sewing actually outlines the shoes’ shape, and the suede makes them very chic. This year, the mocassins are not part of the old fashion style anymore; they became very trendy thanks to their simplicity. Blue can seem to be a flashing color, but it can be very stylish if you match it with appropriate clothes. For instance, you can wear the blue mocassins with a white linen chino and blue top. Some sunglasses or a white hat would be an awesome match :)
Price: £39.99 or equivalent. Available at all Zara stores.

The keyword today is BEACH! So if you are still asking yourself about what to wear in summer time, on a beach, read the following :p
Today, the beach is chic! French Riviera, Costa del Sol, or Miami you need to get dressed to impress. So let’s start! You first need some pants, but no denim! Try to find some nice linen chino. Very chic and affordable, you can find them in different colors from white to black. However, try to take a bright color. Beige would be a good alternative if you think white is too transparent. In case you don’t have linen pants yet, you can check Tommy Hilfiger’s website. The brand has a nice one with two front and back pockets with an interior contrast color trim at waistband. Ideal for this summer.

It seems that you guys like cufflinks, here are some nice ones. I’ve found them on Tobi website. Paul Smith really is a cufflinks specialist and I couldn’t choose my favourite among the huge choice available. Then I decided myself for those ones which you can match with any shirt thanks to their soberness. Whether you like Paul Smith or not, you have to confess that their formal accessories are nice. Anyway, I grade those “cuffs” A++++
You can find them from Tobi, and it’s $90 (was $120)
The Burlington diamond pattern is told to be part of the classic British dresscode. Trying to cut appart from this distorted and kind of old-fashioned image they are releasing a lot of coloured socks always keeping their proper identity (bound to this pattern). As I’m a huge fan of Burlington (I get that from my father), I’m posting this nice pair of socks, sober and coloured. Personally, I’m wearing it either for casual or chic occasions and they’re definitely my favourite socks! There are many others colourways available.

If we wanted to put a picture on smart shorts, I’d choose those ones. Over-knee legs, 100% coton and this sober cloudy grey colour makes them perfect for summer’s smart occasions. What I like about Peoples Market is the fact that they often offers moderated prices for good items, so just check out the rest of the collection and you might find something you like.

Notice also the gold Laurel Wreath embossed to the side (little detail that makes the difference :). You can carry it both vertically and horizontally. The Contrast Barrel bag is very stylish yet elegant with a good chic look. You can use it in various occasions: gym, weekends, beach…Available in different colors.
