Norse Projects x Pro-Keds
For spring-summer 2012 the Danish Norse Projects have teamed up with Pro-Keds to release a collection of three low-tops sneakers in which they revisited the American brand’s flagship model called the Royal Master. Just so you know, Pro-Keds was launched in 1954 as the basketball range of Keds. Orinially released in 1972 under the name Royal Plus, this model made for basketball players has been the most popular style in Pro-Keds’ history.
It hasn’t aged a bit fifty years later, which is normal with such a timeless design. Norse Projects proposes three different colorways for this collab, all coming in bright grey, blue and tan suede leather. We like their details like a plain leather yoke on the heel or the cork inner sole, guaranteeing comfort. This nice collab is distributed for €108 in selected stores only:
Norse Store (Copenhagen)
Colette (Paris)
Soto (Berlin)
Dover Street Market (London)
