My party outfit

Looks the 31 December 2012 by

New Year’s Eve and all those party dinners surrounding these “marathon gastronomic times” are many occasion to dress with care. Road to the “Hidden Hotel” then, with its wood-bronze ornaments immersing us into the NYE atmosphere. I am waiting for the party to begin, near the hearth, with a glass of Champagne. I have left in the closet the ugly sweater grandma knitted for me to bet on something chic. Something more suitable with end-of-the-year spirit, sweet to the eyes and to the heart. Illuminations, well-decorated houses are part of this specific aesthetics, enchanting, enfolding, in which it is nice to meet up with friends. Logical then to choose a refined, elegant outfit to share those moments with your beloved ones.

Ties are much too formal for end-of-the-year parties, let’s dare a nice bow tie and wear it proudly with a white shirt. The corduroy jacket is a must have for this period, even more in burgundy. It is usually not that easy to match patent shoes, exception is done for this type of occasion.
