Cours Julien, Marseille
Cours Julien, “Cours Ju” as we like to call it, is one of the most pleasant square of Marseille once the hot season comes. On sunny days, at lunch time, the crowd masses outside all coffees and does not leave till the latest hours of the night. Night and day, this place is considered as the hub of the city’s artistic life, hosting many concerts, formal like… urban. I like to walk there during my free time, when the weather is nice and while most people are working (that’s my mean side I guess). I strool around the fountain, the heart of this square, then sit outside a coffee to wet my whistle and read, relaxing, waiting for another crazy night to begin, as they always are there.
