Bleu, blanc, rouge…

Last sunday was election day in France, a day like no other. Either you are an active militant or a responsible abstainer, all discussions were about it these days. As everyone was covering them, we thought we could make it our own way, by shooting a special “bleu-blanc-rouge” outfit, all composed by French brands. See no sign of political view here, we just wanted to celebrate, to highlight some creative, unknown French brands in these particular days.

As we mentionned the last few weeks, trousers are going to be nothing but colored this summer. These ones are wine (red…) and I can tell they totally match sunlights each time they come out. This t-shirt is very “French” with its “v” blue/red baguettes, and I used the shirt as a relaxed overshirt. To give the sun some encouragements (like everyone does in Paris), I had willfuly forgotten wearing socks in these leather, denim looking slip-ons.

We shooted this look at La Coulée Verte, an old ralway which is an ideal spot for urban walks or joggings. From Bastille, 7 meters above floor we walked the way to Bercy, totally relaxing, between bamboos, children and hanging gardens.
