Big Marengo Burger
A tasty hamburger is a one you order hungry, like finding an oasis of fresh water in the middle of the desert. The appetizer is important, it should not be too heavy because of the next course. Babybel bites with a salad mix turned out to be a perfect start to wait while the kitchen was spreading lovely smells through the lunch room. This was the minced meat cooking. God knows how it is essential for any good hamburger, how the butcher should mince it finely, choose it scrupulously, medium rare (though a bit rare) with red oinions. The bread is also essential, after all, this is the most abundant ingredient of any hamburger. The perfect bread is crusty and moist in the same time. It has a hard crust and a soft but crispy inside. The cheese, a square of meltingly soft processed cheddar… mammamia! You can’t do without when cooking the burger origal recipe, it adds some more flavor. Then add some tomatoes, salad (chosen with care at your favourite greengrocer’s), and the sauce to spice up. After all that’s what everyone likes in a good burger, the superimposition of all these ingredients leaving our taste bud savour this happy blending… yummy! Enjoy your meal truckers!
