Diesel Zathan Boot-cut Jeans

Men's fashion by Joe the "tire-remover" (January 31, 2007)

Diesel Zathan Boot-cut Jeans I would almost be tempted to call Diesel’s Zathan Boot cut style a classic. These work almost as well in a casual jeans-trainers combo as for a dressier look with leather shoes and a shirt.

Asics Injector DX Brown/Beige Trainers

Men's fashion by Joe the "tire-remover" (January 29, 2007)

Asics Injector DX Brown Trainers
Did I already mention that I love trainers? If I followed my own advice I would buy yet another pair! What about these brown and beige Asics for example? Why not? Well probably because my brown Adidas Adiracers are still like new, so I’m not going to go crazy :o)

Military-style Dolce & Gabanna coat

Men's fashion by Joe the "tire-remover" (January 24, 2007)

Military-style Dolce & Gabanna coat I am generally quite critical of Dolce & Gabbana : it’s too flashy, you see it everywhere, it’s all-too-often copied and worn by guys dressed up like Christmas trees. However, I saw this coat and I must admit that it totally won me over! I love the military-inspired masculine styling! The wide collar, the twin rows of buttons, the angled side pockets and the detail on the back all make this a superb coat. So sometimes even Dolce & Gabbana…

Black eye cufflinks

Men's fashion by Joe the "tire-remover" (January 19, 2007)

Black eye cufflinks Wow! On the same site as the C64 tie you can find these black eye cufflinks that look great! At least on the photo ;-) They’re called black cat´s eyes, though although they might be eye catching, I shouldn’t imagine the designers had road safety in mind…

C64 Magenta Tie

Men's fashion by Joe the "tire-remover" (January 17, 2007)

C64 Magenta Tie Now this is a real geek’s tie that pays hommage to the legendary Commodore 64, the forerunner to the Amiga, which many of us spent whole nights playing on! It reuses the same black, magenta and white colours that the old gal did. I particularly remember the old Atari ST ! It was cool :)

April 77 Limited Edition Gibson Jeans

Men's fashion by Joe the "tire-remover" (January 10, 2007)

April 77 Limited Edition Gibson Jeans Sometimes fashion and music are on the same wavelength. The French ready-to-wear brand April77 arrived with the renaissance of rock culture. You have probably heard of them because of their skinny jeans. Last month they’re paying hommage to the famous guitar manufacturer Gibson by releasing 500 numbered pairs of skinny “Gibson” jeans. They are only on sale at Colette in Paris, Dover Street Market in London and Loveless in Tokyo. There’s a unisex “Joey” cut limited edition pair made from Japanese denim sold in packaging designed to look like a guitar case. Pretty cool, huh? All the more so given that there aren’t enough pairs for everyone…
